Over 2,300 baptismal records for Kilkeel Roman Catholic parish in County Down have now been added to the Birth database.
These entries, believed to be from Massfort (Ballymageogh) Church in the Roman Catholic parish of Upper Mourne, cover the period 1845 to 1863. Listed on the database is the Child's name, Father's name and Mother's Maiden name in the majority of cases while later entries include the Townland of residence. Date of Baptism is stated although Date of Birth was not included in the registers during this period.
